How is this different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions from whatever it was trained on. A digital employee does a defined job and answers only from information the business has reviewed and approved. When it does not know something, it says so and routes the caller to a human rather than guessing.
Who is the AI Front Desk built for?
Any business that answers the same questions all day and loses work after hours: a service business quoting jobs it cannot price sight-unseen, a professional practice that must not give advice by phone, a busy shop screening calls so staff are not interrupted.
